“Festival Culture”—a term composed of two words. “Festival” and “Culture”—this very accurately describes the task that we ourselves, as well as our clients, repeatedly set for the Atelier Christof Cremer. Festivals with culture.
Throughout his career, Christof Cremer has staged a multitude of balls at various venues, including the Artists’ Ball at Vienna’s Sophiensäle, the Rainbow Ball, Le Grand Bal, the Hofburg New Year’s Eve Ball, or the Viennese Coffee Brewers’ Ball—which he has had the privilege of overseeing as artistic director at the Vienna Hofburg since 2003, each time with a new overarching artistic concept. In addition, there are large-scale corporate events as well as brand campaigns and product presentations in collaboration with international agencies. What all these events have in common is that the clients’ concepts are translated—at the highest artistic level—into a story, a narrative arc, and into the set design, music, and staging.
“These projects—like any project—are only possible through intensive teamwork. We collaborate in our studio and through our network of associates with a wide variety of creative professionals, graphic designers, architects, multimedia experts, choreographers, and the best implementers across a diverse range of fields.” Christof Cremer views the artistic quality of the work as a key element of the creative process.
